Delivery service is provided by third party carriers such as the EMS Japan. Customers can track their package using the link provided by email after ordering and we are also offer a without tracking services to our customers.
Our delivery times are indicative only and depend on carrier delivery provisions. WALAHALA Wallet may not be held responsible in case of any event beyond its control that could delay the delivery.

The customer should thoroughly check the integrity of the delivered articles. Any anomalies in the delivered items (damaged or open package, missing, incomplete, broken or defective product) must be reported within 8 days after the delivery.


In order to obtain full refund, you must initiate a product return request via our support center in the “Support” section of the Website, provided such return request is initiated within fifteen (15) days upon the delivery of the product to you.
In order to qualify for a full refund, the products must be returned unused and sealed in the original packaging with all original materials provided in their complete condition.
The refund will be executed usually within two (2) weeks from the day we have received the returned products. At the moment your return is processed we will send you a confirmation email.
